    • Adds any object on the given lot to the family inventory of the household living on said lot.

    • Provides a full list of all objects on the lot, and allows the user to focus, and display information regarding an object

    • Displays a full list of all ownable lot venues in town
    • Selecting one will display all the owners of the venue, and allow you to sell their ownership
  • Progression Options
    • Displays the "Household Options" and allows the user to change them for any number of household simultaneously

  • Real Estate
    • Displays the current real estate holdings for the household
    • Selecting an unowned venue will purchase the venue, provided the family has sufficient funds
    • Selecting a partially owned venue will prompt to either purchase fully or sell
  • Repair All
  • Reset Exclusion: Add
    • When used, the mod marks this lot, and all objects residing on the lot, as off limits during "Reset Everything"
    • There is a corresponding "Remove" interaction that appears for lots already excluded
  • Reset Lot
    • Resets all items on the lot to their starting parameters (useful for unsticking broken objects)
  • Sell Item
    • Prompts the user to sell objects in the given lot's family inventory
    • Proceeds of the sale go to the family living on the lot

  • Randomize Undecided Gender Preference
    • Randomized the gender preference of any sim that has no gender preference currently assigned
    • You will be prompted to specify the chance of a gay sim
  • Reset Everything
    • Performs a Reset on every object in the town
  • Total Annihilation
    • Same as "Sim \ Advanced \ Total Annihilation" except with a simplified interface for easier mass termination

Object Menu

  • Add Sim
    • Adds a service or homeless sim to a virtual apartment home
    • Applied to apartment doors where service and homeless sims normally appear
  • Close
    • Closes the specified lot, making it's interior invisible.
    • Note: This cannot be used on community lots unless previously opened by this mod
  • Evict
    • Removes a sim from a virtual apartment home
    • Note: The evicted sim will be assigned to another virtual apartment automatically
    • Applied to apartment doors where service and homeless sims normally appear
  • Open
    • Makes the interior of a lot visible.
    • Note: If used on a closed community lot, the camera will be locked to that lot until you use the "Close"
  • Ownership
    • Displays a listing of all the households which have an ownership on the specified lot
    • Selecting a partially owned venue will prompt to either purchase fully or sell
  • Sort Inventory
    • Provides a means of sorting inventory
    • Applied to all objects that have an inventory
  • Transfer From
    • Provides a means of taking stuff from a particular inventory container and adding it to the active sim's inventory
    • Applied to all objects that have an inventory
  • Transfer To
    • Provides a means of adding stuff into a particular inventory container from the sim's inventory
