These interactions are available via the City Hall or Computer menu

  • Auto Light Upgraded Fireplaces In Cold Weather
    • Whether to auto light fireplaces with the auto light upgrade during cold weather.
    • Only works for active lots on which a Sim is home.
    • Default: True
  • Fireplace Auto Light Temperature
    • The temperature at or below which fireplaces will auto light
    • Accepts Celsius if your game options are set to use it.
    • Default: 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Export Tuning
    • Exports the weather profiles set up in the mod to an XML formatted ScriptError log for easy import into the mod's tuning package.

  • Holidays

    • Allow Inactive Parties
      • Whether to allow the game to initiate an inactive party whenever a holiday day begins.
      • Default: True
    • Trick or Treat: Chance of Occult Specific Item
      • The chance occult Sims will give an item related to their occult status rather than candy.
      • Default: 50
    • <Season>

      • Each season is listed as its own menu here
      • Add New Entry
        • Add a new holiday day to this season. You can have multiple holidays in the same season.
      • <Holiday>

        • Holiday days are listed with the following format : <Day of Season>: <Name of Holiday>
        • Day
          • Defines the day of the season on which the holiday will occur
          • Note if multiple holidays match for the same day, the first holiday originally added to the season will be used.
          • Entering a positive value begins counting from the start of the season forward
          • Entering a negative value begins counting from the end of the season back
          • Entering "0" is invalid, and results in the removal of the holiday
          • Default: -2
        • Season
          • Defines the type of holiday
          • For instance: It is possible to initiate a Spooky Day celebration in Summer if you wish
          • Default: <Season>
  • Plants

    • Hail Kills Plants
      • Defines the percent chance that at the start of a hail storm an outdoor plant will be killed
      • Default: 0
    • Hail/Snow Kills Harvestables
      • Defines the percent chance that at the start of a hail/snow storm an outdoor plant will lose its harvestables
      • Default: 0
  • Remove Fallen Leaves During Winter
    • When enabled, fallen leaves will be removed from all lots, including the world lot, during Winter
      • Note: This needs to be set to True before the start of Winter, otherwise the leaves will not be cleaned up until you either reload your game or the season changes to Spring/Summer
    • Default: False
  • Show Debugging
    • Displays the notifications used while debugging the mod
    • It is unnecessary to enable this option, unless requested to by the developer
    • Default: False
  • Suppress Insects During Winter
    • Whether to force the removal of insect spawners during the Winter season
    • Default: True
  • Total Reset
    • Resets this mods settings to their tuning defaults
  • Version
    • Displays the currently installed version of the mod
  • Weather

    • Each season is listed as its own menu here
    • <Season>

      • Add New Entry
        • Prompts the user to add a new weather profile to this season.
        • Profiles can be pulled from any season, or you can make a new copy of a profile already in this season
        • Once added, the profile will be listed in the menu
      • <Profile>

        • Current Day
          • This is a read-only option which displays how many days into the season the game has progressed
          • "Off Season" is displayed when the season shown is not the active season.
        • Enabled
          • Defines whether the profile can be actively used by the mod.
          • When disabled, the profile is ignored when determining the current day's weather pattern
          • Note if you disable the only profile in a season, the mod will simply ignore the setting and use it anyway.
          • Default: True
        • Range
          • Specifies the range of days within the season for which this weather profile is applicable
          • Note if multiple profiles match the same day, the profile starting earliest in the season will be used
          • The value displayed in the menu is the actual range, based on the current length of the season, not the value actually stored for the option.
          • Entering a positive value begins counting from the start of the season forward
          • Entering a negative value begins counting from the end of the season back
          • Entering "0" is invalid
          • Default: 1:-1
        • Remove Profile
          • Deletes this weather profile from the season.
          • You cannot remove the last profile in a season
        • Rename Profile
          • Prompts to enter a free-form text name for the profile, to differentiate it from other profiles in the mod.
          • You can name profiles anything you want, the name is used solely in the menu
        • Temperature: Evening
          • Defines the minimum and maximum temperature during the evening hour of 18:00 (6:00 pm)
          • Temperatures are entered in the units defined by your EA Options : Either Fahrenheit or Celsius
          • Default: <EA Tuning Default>
        • Temperature: Morning
          • Defines the minimum and maximum temperature during the morning hour of 06:00 (6:00 am)
          • Temperatures are entered in the units defined by your EA Options : Either Fahrenheit or Celsius
          • Default: <EA Tuning Default>
        • Temperature: Night
          • Defines the minimum and maximum temperature during the night hour of 00:00 (Midnight)
          • Temperatures are entered in the units defined by your EA Options : Either Fahrenheit or Celsius

        • Temperature: Noon
          • Defines the minimum and maximum temperature during the noon hour of 12:00 (Noon)
          • Temperatures are entered in the units defined by your EA Options : Either Fahrenheit or Celsius

      • <Weather Pattern>
        • There a set number of weather patterns in the game, each of which is listed in each profile.
        • Duration
          • Defines the length of time the weather pattern lasts in fractional sim-hours
          • Default: <EA Tuning Default>
        • Required Temperature
          • Defines the minimum and maximum temperature required for this weather pattern to be considered
          • The current temperature in the game must be within this range for this pattern to be chosen
          • Default: <EA Tuning Default>
        • Weighting
          • Defines the chance, relative to the other patterns in the profile, of this pattern being chosen as the next in the schedule
          • Bigger values make this pattern more likely to occur, while smaller values make it less likely
          • Set the weight to "0" to disable the pattern entirely
          • Default: <EA Tuning Default>
        • Note that Rain and Snow patterns have an increased number of options versus the other patterns
        • Intensity Change Weights
          • Written as a list of weighted numbers, this option defines the chance of a specific number of intensity changes occurring during the duration of the storm
          • This option does not define how intense a storm is, it simply determining how many times a storm changes in intensity during the length of the pattern
          • You can have any number of intensity changes during a storm, however you should keep in mind that each storm has a limited duration, and each intensity state has a minimum duration
          • Take for example: 1,2,3,0,0,0
            • The chance of a single intensity storm is 1 in 6, while the chance of a storm with two intensities is 2 in 6, and the chance of a three intensity storm is 3 in 6
            • There is no chance of a four, five, or six intensity change storm in this example

        • Intensity Weight 1: Light
          • Defines the chance, relative to the other intensities, of a light storm effect appearing during the storm
          • Default: <EA Tuning Default>
        • Intensity Weight 2: Medium
          • Defines the chance, relative to the other intensities, of an medium storm effect appearing during the storm
          • Default: <EA Tuning Default>
        • Intensity Weight 3: Heavy
          • Defines the chance, relative to the other intensities, of an heavy storm effect appearing during the storm
          • Default: <EA Tuning Default>
        • Minimum Intensity Duration
          • The minimum number of sim-hours any one intensity is allowed to take during the course of the storm
          • Default: <EA Tuning Default>
        • Transition Time
          • Defines the minimum and maximum amount of time allowed for transitioning between storm intensities
          • This stops the jarring effect of the storm immediately switching from a Light storm effect to a Heavy storm effect
